Adapted Bible Studies for Special Needs

Welcome!  We hope this site helps you help others.

Since they could not get him to Jesus because of the crowd, they made an opening in the roof above Jesus and, after digging through it, lowered the mat the paralyzed man was lying on.  When Jesus saw their faith, he said to the paralytic, “Son, you sins are forgiven.”   -Mark 2:4-5

Throughout the ages, God has done amazing things with those willing to assemble and innovate.  When his people dedicate themselves to their cause and their team, lives change.  Jesus showed this by how he inspired and responded to a small group's commitment to get to him.  Together they were able to do what no individual member could.   Their faith, love, hope, commitment, coordination, and hard work bore the fruit or a restored relationship with God.

As a spear hones the powerful forces of mass and energy to converge on one small point of impact, these unnamed men honed their resources, faith, and effort to pierce a roof of material and a wall of sin.  We, too, will build teams to help those who need extra to pierce through barriers that separate them from God.  We will watch and marvel at the amazing ways God responds!
